- Building a sponsor network: Recruit at least 40 sponsors committed to supporting students in the first year.

- Develop a scholarship program:

  - Provide regular support for 35 selected students, with monthly stipends ranging from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.

 1. Financial goals:

- Raise a minimum of 500 million VND to begin implementing support programs and building the Foundation's operational infrastructure.

 2. Fundraising methods:

- Recruit individual sponsors:

  - Develop personal stories of the supported students, creating accessible and heartfelt content to inspire individual sponsors to contribute through social media and the website.

  - Focus on recruiting sponsors for recurring support with contributions ranging from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND per month per student.

- Online campaigns:

  - Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, and Instagram, as well as crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and WeCare, to run online fundraising campaigns.

  - Launch short-term campaigns targeting supporters willing to make small but regular contributions.

- Engage and build partnerships:

  - Seek small businesses, local organizations, and mid-sized companies willing to sponsor charitable and educational activities.

  - Establish initial partnerships with businesses for financial or in-kind support (e.g., providing books and school supplies).

- Sell products such as photographs, calendars, and photo merchandise from SportyLensStories, with all profits directed to the Foundation's general operating fund.

 III. Operations Plan for 2025

 1. Organizational management and staffing:

- Executive board:

- Recruiting part-time volunteers: Recruit 2-3 volunteers to assist with specific tasks such as managing student records, connecting with sponsors, and organizing small events.

 3. Data management system and website development:

- Build a dedicated data management system:

  - Build a centralized data system for managing student information, scholarship reports, and sponsor support activities with accuracy and transparency.

- Develop a dedicated website for the Foundation:

  - Launch an official website for Future Steps Foundation where sponsors and partners can easily learn about the Foundation's activities, register to sponsor, track student academic progress, and participate in online fundraising campaigns.

  - The website will integrate online donation functionality, allowing sponsors to contribute instantly via bank cards, e-wallets, or online payment gateways.

 4. Performance evaluation:

- Mid-year and year-end evaluations: Prepare mid-year (June) and year-end (December) evaluation reports to assess the Foundation's operational effectiveness and determine whether adjustments are needed to support or fundraising plans.

 IV. Development Direction for 2025

 1. Expanding the sponsor network

- Strengthen connections with individuals and businesses who wish to contribute to educational and career guidance activities for children.

- Build a small but close-knit community of sponsors, focused on maintaining long-term relationships and creating sustainable value for the children.

 2. Scaling operations step by step

- The goal for 2025 is to achieve organizational stability, starting with a small group of students, but with a commitment to long-term support.

- After securing sufficient financial resources and a network of sponsors, aim to expand support to an additional 20-30 students in 2026.

 3. Applying technology to management and fundraising

- Building a strong communications platform: Develop media content through social media and the Foundation's website to facilitate fundraising and sponsor relationship management.

- Applying technology to student management: Using an online data management system to track and manage student records while providing sponsors with easy and transparent updates on students' academic progress.

 4. Strengthen partnerships with local organizations

- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and government authorities to gain support and assistance in identifying students who need help, while facilitating the verification and implementation of educational programs.

The 2025 plan for Future Steps Foundation during its initial phase focuses not only on building a solid foundation but also on applying technology to manage and operate the Foundation effectively. With a dedicated data management system and website, the Foundation can optimize the management of students, sponsors, and fundraising while ensuring transparency and efficiency. The Foundation will continue to gradually expand its reach, aiming to support more students and create a brighter future for disadvantaged children.
