Local volunteers
The Foundation's "extended arm" in local communities
Mission:- Identifying cases in need of support
- Verifying actual living conditions
- Taking photos, recording videos, and gathering information
- Regular status monitoring
- Home-based support, representing the Foundation locally
- Assisting with gift and supply distribution
- Reporting any issues that arise
- Making unauthorized support commitments on behalf of the Foundation
- Accepting money from sponsors on behalf of the Foundation without authorization
- Making unauthorized decisions on how sponsorship funds are used
Foundation volunteers
Central Operations Team
Group 1 — Management & Development
Overall management, decision-making, connecting with sponsors and partners, strategic direction, and issue resolution.
Group 2 — Records & Child Care
Receive applications, coordinate with local volunteers, verify information, monitor progress, coordinate support, and manage volunteer teachers.
Group 3 — Finance & Media
Finance, sponsor list management, record keeping, transparent reporting, content publishing, and video production.

Student Sponsorship
Sponsors choose to support a specific child. 100% of support reaches the children + 20% for Foundation operations.
General Donations
No specific child designated. The contribution goes to the general fund for operations and supplemental support.
Fundraising Products
Revenue from the Fundraising Shop is contributed to the general fund.
