Foundation volunteers will be assigned to groups to carry out all operational tasks.
Emotional Support
Maintain regular contact with children and sponsors to ensure timely counseling and support for both academic and personal needs.
Team 1: Foundation Management & Development
- General operations and final decision-making
- Connecting sponsors and partners
- Connecting partners and local communities
- Developing the Foundation's growth strategy
- Resolving issues as they arise
Team 2: Records & Child Care
- Receiving student applications from various sources
- Working with local volunteers
- Verifying information and circumstances
- Regularly monitoring each child's situation
- Coordinating support and volunteer teachers
Team 3: Finance & Media
- Tracking income and expenses, managing the sponsor directory
- Maintaining records and preparing transparent reports
- Publishing updates on support outcomes
- Communications tasks: writing articles, creating videos, etc.
