The Foundation's "extended arm" at the local level — serving as the direct representative supporting the children
Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying children in need of support within the local community
- Verifying the children's actual living conditions
- Taking photos, recording videos, and gathering information
- Regularly monitoring the children's well-being
- Providing home-based support as the Foundation's local representative
- Assisting with gift and supply distribution (household items, food, etc.)
- Facilitate the monthly online meeting between Sponsors — Foundation — Children (prepare devices and provide on-site location support)
- Reporting any issues that arise

Not allowed
- Making unauthorized support commitments on behalf of the Foundation
- Accepting money from sponsors on behalf of the Foundation without authorization
- Making unauthorized decisions on how sponsorship funds are used
