"Innocence of the Highlands" - A Journey from Philanthropy to Photography in Prague
Prague, Czech Republic — The photo exhibition "Hồn Nhiên Rẻo Cao" (Innocence of the Highlands), a special event combining the art of photography with charitable activities, will officially open on the evening of October 26, 2025, at Mova Cuisine Restaurant, Prague. The exhibition is organized by photographer Trần Quốc Toàn, founder of the FutureSteps Fund, to raise money to help poor and orphaned children in Vietnam.
Authentic Glimpses of Highland Children
Featuring 16 portrait photos, "Hồn Nhiên Rẻo Cao" takes viewers to ordinary, simple, yet vibrant moments of children in the Northwest and Central Highlands of Vietnam. Each photograph is a story captured during the photographer's volunteer trips, depicting the pure smiles, innocent eyes, and the aspirations for education of these "young shoots" in the remote highlands.
Photographer Trần Quốc Toàn shared: "Through these photos, I want everyone not only to see the natural innocence of the children but also to understand more about their living conditions and their extraordinary resilience. The exhibition is a bridge for the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic and international friends to join hands in support, bringing a warm winter to the children."
Event Commemorating the 1st Anniversary of the FutureSteps Fund
"Hồn Nhiên Rẻo Cao" is not only an art exhibition but also an event marking one year of operation for the FutureSteps Fund. All proceeds from the sale of the photos (priced at 4,500 Kč/piece) and postcards (priced at 100 Kč/piece), along with other contributions, will be transferred to the Fund's public account. This money will be transparently used to provide scholarships, warm clothes, and essential items for diligent students in disadvantaged mountainous regions.
The exhibition will be open free of charge to the public from the evening of October 26 to the end of October 28, 2025. This is an opportunity for art lovers and those interested in charitable work to enjoy meaningful artworks and contribute to a humanitarian cause.
